Discovery Call
Assessment and Foundation Building
This initial consultation provides an opportunity to learn comprehensively about the program's structure, goals, and the array of benefits it offers and establish if it's a fit for us both. This session is designed to provide a detailed overview of how the program addresses nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management, giving a clearer understanding how each component contributes to personal goals. It will also review the customization of the program to fit individual needs and the supportive role The Healthy Girl Collective will play throughout the journey and beyond.
This stage plays a crucial role in tailoring the coaching sessions to meet individual needs based on willingness and readiness for change. The 'Initial Assessment & Triage' plus 'Deep Health' Questionnaires involve a comprehensive evaluation of current health status, goals, dietary habits, physical activity levels, environment, sleep patterns, stress and recovery and more. This is where personalized goals are established, and foundational strategies are built upon in each of the weekly coaching sessions. Weekly sessions can be flexibly booked through the online system and changed as schedules flucuate.
Step 3
Understand and Explore
Here we will connect and build the agenda together by gaining insights into your unique perspective, motivations, and priorities. This exploration extends beyond surface-level objectives to uncover the underlying desires and challenges shaping your wellness journey. By understanding one's authentic self and aligning personal goals with values and lifestyle, the wellness program can be tailored to foster meaningful and sustainable changes that resonate with your identity and lead to long-term success.
Step 4
Strategize and Plan
This step ensures that the goals are not only attainable but also sustainable, by translating overarching goals into tangible outcomes and behavior changes. This involves brainstorming and breaking down the goals into specific skills, practices, and actionable steps that align with personal aspirations and capabilities. Based on chosen behavior goal(s), desired outcome(s), existing strengths and limiting factors, we work to identify small sets of the most important skills and practices with an action and timeline for success.

Choose and Test
By prioritizing the most important skills and practices identified, we can create a roadmap for actions that are easily achievable with at least 90% confidence. These actions serve as building blocks, gradually integrating new habits into routines and facilitating consistent progress towards the desired outcomes. This approach ensures that you can implement sustainable changes effectively, and how those actions fit into the long term picture of behaviour and outcome goals.
Step 6
Analyze and Evaluate
Through open dialogue and reflection, we discuss the positive outcomes and successes achieved thus far, identifying the factors contributing to these successes. We then collaboratively explore strategies to capitalize on these successes and incorporate more of what's working into your routine. This process gives empowerment to leverage strengths and achievements, fostering a sense of confidence and motivation as you continue on their wellness journey.
