This 4-week "fast-track" interactive coaching program offers the perfect foundation to learn, ask questions, and discover the ideal starting point for your dietary needs.

Begin by understanding your macronutrient requirements—balancing proteins, carbohydrates, and fats to optimize energy, recovery, and overall well-being.

This very detailed program provides personalized guidance to help you make informed choices tailored to your unique needs.

4 - 30 minute virtual sessions booked weekly:​

  • STEP 1: Determine body composition - Lean Body Mass and Body fat percentage - these numbers allow us to establish a starting point for you to achieve the weight management goal you set for yourself.  A proper fat loss program (if this is your goal) will result in losing fat and keeping lean body weight the same or increasing LBM through a strength training program.  There are three (3) ways that your body loses weight: Dehydration, Lean body mass loss (weight loss from muscle), Fat loss.

  • STEP 2: Determine daily caloric expenditure - the rate of the body's energy expenditure - depending on factors such as physical activity, composition of diet, and lifestyle - everybody expends a different amount of energy daily.  Your BMR or Basal Metabolic Rate is an estimate of the number of calories burned in a twenty four period.

  • STEP 3: Define bioenergetics - what energy system is primarily used for specific activities/sport - if any.

  • STEP 4: Determine daily protein intake need and the foods to achieve it.

  • STEP 5: Determine daily carbohydrate intake need and the foods to achieve it - with discussion on carbohydrate timing benefits.

  • STEP 6: Determine fat intake, then select foods and cooking methods to achieve the goal.

  • STEP 7: Be ready, willing and able to learn the first steps to apply a macro-based approach to your diet and improving your eating habits, your body, and your life.  As your body changes, your needs change and so does your nutrition plan.
