Story
As an advocate toward improved health and wellness in nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management, I am dedicated to inspiring individuals to prioritize self-care and adopt sustainable lifestyle habits for a happier and more fulfilling life. I lead with compassion, empathy, and connection to help others clarify a deeper reason for change by exploring their values, identities, and priorities as preventable measures toward improved longevity in their lives.

Have you struggled with weight management, starvation diets and lack of energy, while at the same time all that food logging and calorie counting has got you down? I did, too. Just like you, I truly wanted find a way to help me lean out, feel energetic and maintain a healthy body weight. But, honestly, it was a struggle until I finally made the decision to begin my professional journey as a nutrition and fitness coach in the late 90s.
You see, in my early 20s I was very active, athletic and thought "I ate well", but I always carried those few extra pounds and tried so many different diets and pills that really led me to quick fixes. It was such an aha moment for me after my first certification, that I began to create and follow my own program. I was blown away at how quickly my body changed with just a few macro adjustments, increase protein intake and literally no calorie counting. Something, I've been able to maintain over the past 25 years even after having a baby at age 40.
I was able to turn my experience and education into my passion of coaching clients. From owning a personal training and spin studio for 13 years, to coaching out of my home garage, and now coaching clients around the world, I am truly blessed to do what I do. As a single mom, the flexibility of coaching has provided me the means to be a true role model to my daughter by showing her that through perseverance, passion and effort, anything is possible.
